    • Responsibilities Include:
      • Recommends fund development policies
      • Brings philanthropy to the forefront of the board
      • Reviews and evaluates ROI on development plan
      • Helps carry out development activities/events

    2. Finance Committee:

      • Responsibilities Include:
        • Internal Controls
        • Review Financial Reports
        • Manage Assets

        • Budget
        • Investments

    3. Membership Committee:

      • Responsibilities Include:
        • Nominating candidates as new committee members
        • Working with chairpeople before inviting candidates to be board members

      • Responsibilities Include:
        • Scholarships, Innovation Grants and Above and Beyond Programs
        • Establish guidelines and criteria for eligibility of scholarships and to achieve specific goals

    5. Marketing Committee:

      • Responsibilities Include:
        • Promotion of the Foundation and programs throughout the year
        • Establish, maintain, and broaden the Foundation's presence in digital media
        • Work with Foundation staff to assist in the promotion of specific Foundation events and programs
